Die „Lebe Balance“-App der AOK Baden-Württemberg unterstützt Sie bei der Umsetzung selbst gesteckter Ziele und bringt Ihnen den achtsamen Umgang mit sich und Anderen näher.
Die App ist eine Erweiterung des wissenschaftlich evaluierten Präventionsprogramm zur Förderung der psychischen Gesundheit: Lebe Balance.
Die App ist als Kurs aufgebaut und enthält an den wichtigsten Stellen theoretische Einheiten (Audio-Erklärungen). Sofern Sie das Seminar noch nicht besucht haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Nutzung in der Kursform. Die Übungen und Erklärungen sind in der neuen Version auch separat nutzbar und abrufbar – entscheiden Sie selbst. Gerade, wenn Sie das Lebe-Balance-Seminar besucht haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Lebe Balance-App als alltäglichen Begleiter zur Verstetigung der Seminarinhalte.
Die App speichert keinerlei persönliche Daten. Ihr persönlicher Fortschritt, mögliche Bilder (Ziele stecken) und die gesammelten Erfolge werden direkt auf Ihrem Endgerät gespeichert und mit Deinstallation der Anwendung gelöscht (ausführliche Darstellung unter Punkt Datenschutz – im Store und in der App).
