1 ★Does not let you pay your bills and I quote "can not enter an amount greater than the posted amount" and your paying the exact amount... Course you can call customer service but then they gonna charge you to pay the bill. Almost as if they scamming you to do it. I've complained to them for two months about this and still no fix. They care not for their customers, and don't give a damn about inconvenienceing them to pay more. It's underhanded, and inexcusable for such a company to allow.
5 ★convenient and easy to navigate. I like being able to go on and check on my internet settings and signal. I also like that I can reboot my box from the app or change anything that I need to change. it makes it easy to review and pay my bill. If I could add anything to the app to make it better for me it would be better troubleshooting help. for instance, it has tons of settings and tools but there's nothing to help you understand how to use them if you don't know.
5 ★I'm never thrilled about having to download yet another app to do what I was already doing on a regular site. Still, I have never paid a bill so quickly and easily. I've never been able to easily check for devices on my network and see if there are any that shouldn't be connected. And I really like being able to troubleshoot speeds, etc. I hope I never need to. :)
5 ★2irh this app I am able to see what is connected to my internet, check my internet speed, pay my bill, make payment arrangements, ask for a bill extension, and so much more. The app makes it so much easier to take care of your internet account and it's so much faster then calling them.. since I installed this app I haven't had to call Windstream once.
1 ★Can't look at my bill. Same as the signal.. won't upgrade there service in our area even tho they are saying they will at 6mb/s..... only service In our area. Great news Charter (Spectrum) came with atleast 300mb/s at $25.99 a month. So I dropped this company as soon and I also got it for cheaper installation. This company was $156.99. Charter was $119.99.
1 ★The app used to be really good, I could check the gateway, and at one point, I could pause devices if I needed to. Now I can't understand what this app is good for. It really is useless now. I would have been nice to be able to keep the old app while the new one was being worked on. Instead of shutting a good app down and leaving us in the dark. Edit... I see a lot of good reviews but the all are about the bill pay which I don't use. I ues the app for service and the control of my gateway.
4 ★I love Windstream I've had great wifi service with them over a yr now and have no complaints had only one time no wifi went on my app and it was something they had to send a service tech out for scheduled the appointment ended up being my modem they replaced and no other problems since thanks Windstream for great wifi service and for great customer service!! You guys Rock!!
1 ★The worst app I've ever seen or had the displeasure of using. The chat bots . Even the humans are the worst. Trying to accomplish anything other than signing up for their service you can not do. They do not even have the courtesy of picking up the phoneto facilitate any needs for residential. . The app never works properly . You can not do anything from the app other than get some dumbed down not
1 ★Site doesn't list current bill as it says in the text message they sent. Also getting a runaround over the disconnect. Telling me it takesvthree weeks to get someone here to disconnect, when their repair/business office is 6 blocks away. Just want to double my bill is all!!!
1 ★My bill keeps going up a dollar here $2 there but my service is getting worse and worse. Streaming is a nightmare!! I'm the only person in the house and the Internet is so slow I can't get through a movie without it freezing .several times!!! I've had kinetic out here 2 x but the problem remains the same. Windstream/ kinetic should not be in business!
1 ★The app has nonfunctional buttons. The service itself is not great. It goes out somewhat often and forget about getting good customer service or reimbursements for outage. Finally complaining after the grand show they've made on Christmas Day. No Internet in the town I live in and no assistance. Of course people have to have off for the holidays but regardless the company is no more than a 1 star company.
1 ★Horrible!!! Worst app I've ever tried to use. Very confusing and not user friendly at all. Can't imagine how bad things will get when every customer service will use strictly AI . It's almost impossible to talk to a human being that you can understand NOW!!!
