1 ★If you're outside the 3 largest cities (edit: in Texas), it's useless. If you're inside the 3 largest cities, you don't need it. No map feature, just addresses. A complete waste of time finding the above information.

4 ★I really like the app. It allows me to see which providers are available to schedule a virtual appt. It also allows me to skip the appt and get medications sent to my pharmacy. I can also see the wait times of nearby clinics and their proximity to my location. You can also chat or call and speak directly to someone if you have any questions. A concern that I have is that they don't always have providers available virtually, like DOD. It's not an issue with the app, but I would like it addressed.

1 ★The application did install but this is the only successful interaction I had with this product. The verification pin rarely works and when adding my daughter to the account it forced me to log in as her and thus I could no longer see my own information. The website often fails and cancelled multiple appointments as well. This experience is so bad I no longer seek care at this provider for any reason. If your intake process is this bad what else is deficient?

2 ★This app is not user friendly and you cannot update personal information. I accidentally spelled my dependent cares name wrong and it will not let me update, nor does the "chat wok someone" button work.

1 ★Never works. Won't load. Keeps giving errors. Awful app.

1 ★I loved the app PRIOR to the update. No longer avle to view appointments for my soon when logged in with my account. Also lots of unnecessary extra steps to make an appointment. I really liked being able to check vitals in the old app. Have not been able to find it in the new app. Assuming they did away with that function.

1 ★Worst app ever since it changed I can't get into it or add my family to it

1 ★The new app doesn't seem to work for families, and so is useless to us. I tried to sign up for one of my kids, and it assumes I'm always the same person. It can't deal with using one email address for multiple patients.

5 ★Great ap to schedule your appointment for an emergency or you can let them know you want to do a walk in and if you're a prime member you don't have to wait they take you right on back to be seen and get you in and out The Baytown location is the best to me as it's the closest one to my home and you don't have to pay for your lab work or x-rays and can get referrals for their doctors at no charge They have an awesome staff on hand that are very nice and caring with your needs I'll give a 5 ⭐
