1 ★I don't need this app just want to get into to my windstream account and it keeps making me open this. This app is useless to me.

2 ★App crashes multiple times each day. Soft phone is disabled often, though app runs in back ground. Soft phone app does not stay synced with CCS console. Desktop app softphone does not sync with mobile app spft phone or the website

1 ★Perfect and just like always, windstream delivering crappy tools that don't work and end up being useless. Would love to be able to give zero stars.

1 ★So many issues since migrating from the Broadview app. Chat feature does not update, the softphone signs out without prompting or notification. It's been a disaster.
