ЗАТВЕРДЖЕНО наказом Укрзалізниці від «1» березня 2012 р. №072-Ц. Київ 2012р.Дана Інструкція розроблена на заміну «Інструкції по устрою та утриманню колії залізниць України» ЦП/0138, затвердженої наказом від «22» грудня 2005 р. №427-Ц. Київ 2006р.
Приведені основні положення з улаштування та утримання залізничної колії, вимоги з застосування й утримання елементів верхньої будови колії.
Надані технічні умови і норми утримання колії, у тому числі з урахуванням особливостей – безстикової колії, колії із залізобетонними шпалами і на сортувальних гірках, а також норми і вказівки з утримання стрілочних переводів, глухих пересічень, смуги відведення, залізничних переїздів, в цілому планування й організація робіт з поточного утримання колії, контроль і оцінка її стану.
Призначена для працівників колійного господарства залізниць України.
