1 ★Crashes every time I try to open it

1 ★This SCAM company charge your $10 as your registration fee and doesn't refund your money although your registration is not finished. After charging the fee, the company requests about your Personal Driving record and Insurance and claims history records. If the records are not provided then they request $750 as your security deposit. The problem is that they charge your money whether or not your account has been registered. At this point, there is no way to get your $10 back. We call this SCAM.

4 ★The coop is great, the app is not so great but ok. Loggin in is quite slow but the app behaves the worst if there are internet disruptions, I mean if app can't find connection it freezes and needs reboot even if internet is back. But when there's connection it works mostly ok, lets be fair.

2 ★Constantly requires re-login and very slow to load. Older version of the app worked better.

3 ★Better than the website, but very slow to load, has to slowly re-login often, etc... just slow all round.

1 ★Don't use this app! Used it first time and had a bad experience. I used the app to extend my booking trip and it confirmed my extension. I assumed all was fine until I was hit with a late charge. Apparently I was supposed to receive an email confirmation but didn't. It didn't even say that I was supposed to receive an email confirmation. Poor app design and ridiculous system. Everything should be contained within the app itself. On top of this the customer service was rude and combative.

1 ★Takes the longest time to find a car and location keeps moving itrefreshing when not needed. Laggy and slow. Takes like 30mins to finallybook

2 ★Uses a lot of data, drains my battery and it can't correctly pinpoint mylocation, doesn't really help with finding a vehicle quickly. Uninstallingit and just using the mobile site for bookings.
