MUDITA is a First Generation Domestic Air Cargo company, set up in the wake of the Open Skies Policy of 1992. Having handled cargo for all domestic commercial cargo carriers since 1993, the company now provides a Single Window for Cargo booking onto all major domestic routes that crisscross across India.
bdMudita helps the MUDITA team to overcome the following challenges:
• Tracking 1000s of packages daily
• Manual creation of dockets
• Managing the life cycle of a docket
• No option for employees to check the details of a docket (weight, destination, contents)
The solution automates the entire process of docket creation, manifestation and package handling across various shippers, airlines and locations.
