3 ★Does not allow for half mod pizza customizing. The special instructions space at the bottom hardly has any space to add info. I had to call store after i placed my order ro give them more info. Please fix this as its really annoying.
3 ★Good app but they need to add the ability to use what's left on a gift card and then cover the remaining with another card, gift or otherwise. I love that I can order on the app and spend 5sec in the store picking it up and it's always nice to get reward points for eating at a place you enjoy.
1 ★Installed app and was able to earn a couple of rewards. The third time I was going to enter, the app opened to splash screen and then nothing. Frozen on this screen. Uninstalled and installed. Forced stop of app. Rebooted phone a couple of times. Tried uninstall and install again. No luck Not a very reliable app.
2 ★I just started using this app; I eat at Mod once a week yet no one had told me about the rewards program. All those missed points, sigh. Anyway, I didn't know to scan something at the restaurant so I just tried scanning the receipt from home. That didn't work, so I tried entering the number as directed. The app told me that I was too far from the restaurant. What in the hell is the point?
3 ★Love love love MOD Pizza but the app needs a lot of work. lost all my points and a free pizza reward. Very disappointing. Also frustrating that you cant use rewards when ordering through the app. Thanks for extending the redemption period but it doesnt help if points keep disappearing. Im pretty sure i lost significant points early on but i couldnt be certain this time tho i checked yesterday and the points expired today i thought it meant i could still use them today. nope, just gone.
3 ★has some issues that reduce functionality. emailed the dev before writing this review so maybe they will fix it. you can use it to order pizza and skip the line, but cant use the rewards you earn unless you order in store. then if you try to reorder or order a favorite, it gives you an error to choose a size, but there is no field to put a size in when reordering. so you have to do a new order every time.
2 ★good app, but recieved enough points for a free pizza tried to redeem it on the app and always gives a fail error, so i had to keep paying for the pizza and then they took my free pizza award away because of a time limit to use the rewards. stupid. for example qudoba has no time limit.
1 ★Once I downloaded, set up my account, and registered 2 purchases - the app doesn't work. Can't log in - and when I attempt to reset my password (I know it's the right one because I record p-w when I create them) it says it will send me an email - but NOTHING is sent. Why bother??? Great pizza - crappy app!
2 ★Needs menu + able to SD card: Before I order a pizza, salad, etc for myself or for a group, I need to be able to look at a menu and discern the possibilities. No menu on this app. Recently, I received an opportunity to buy a gift card with a MOD sized Pizza bonus. Is MOD the large size or the smaller personal size? I open the app to see -no info as to size. Downloaded, app is huge - 85 MB. Cannot be moved to an SD card. Thus, just 2 Stars. Happy to add more stars when these concerns are fixed.
2 ★Terrible by today's app standards. You can't save custom pizzas for repeat use, and the area for instructions doesn't let you type hardly anything. This wouldn't be an issue if the app had all the toppings (like the garlic sauce) and allowed you to specify whether you want the normal, light, or extra for each topping
4 ★Nice to have a rewards app finally, since I go here for lunch at work a lot. Only disappointment is not having the option to choose cash as a payment method on pre-orders. I would love to use this feature to save time, but I probably won't be unless I can pay with cash on arrival
1 ★Unable to log into the app on my new phone. I keep getting a long error message that includes a statement about the website protecting itself from hacking. I did make sure that I updated all of my apps, including this one, when I got the new phone.
