Es una herramienta muy sencilla e intuitiva, trabaja en modo on line y off line para que, los proveedores que se encuentren en las zonas sin cobertura de servicio de internet, puedan capturar los vales, datos y fotografías del productor beneficiado al que le están otorgando el paquete tecnológico.
