Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Best way to plan and manage your schedule at SXSW.
5 ★great app. has some room for some tweaks to make it even better but definitely helped me navigate sxsw
5 ★Easy to use. Intuitive. Like the easy links to music so you do not have to YouTube every band and sit through inane commercials.
5 ★Having a great time at the SXSW
5 ★Excellent tool for the event!!!
3 ★Engage doesn't seem to work in Android 14
1 ★BUGGY. IT FEELS LIKE IT WAS MADE IN 1999.
1 ★2024 UPDATE: Wow, it's STILL terrible! I have new messages, but they won't show up in my inbox. Instead there are messages from 2 years ago. It's impossible to sort available SXXpress passes by type of event. Repeated glitches. What a failure! This app is pretty terrible, extremely buggy, glitching constantly, and often crashing entirely. It's also impossible to keep track of the schedule, and you can't filter out online events/screenings! Please bring back the printed program booklet!!
2 ★Good for browsing, but even after linking your badge it's *terrible* about updating your Favorites list - which is really the most crucial feature that NEEDS to work for festival efficiency.
4 ★Helpful, but wish there were more, and better, ways to sort events. For example, clicking on a venue brings a random list of mixed dates and times -- to be truly useful, they would be listed in date/time order. Would also love be to see a graphic representation of My Schedule with time blocks. And since I'm wishing, a "Here's What's Close" feature would take the sting out of being shut out of an event at capacity, for a quick pivot to another session or event.
