This app is for people that have a SMS Home Alarm. These types of alarms send SMS to preset telephone numbers when alarming. This app is a great addition to you alarm system.- If you receive a SMS from you alarm system, your phone will sound to the maximum volume, even if you telephone is with low volume or in silence.
- If you receive a SMS and it is from your alarm system, the app will change your default SMS sound to a special “siren type” sound.
- If you don’t acknowledge the alarm within 60 seconds, the app will send SMS and emails to other people you have defined. This is great if your phone is unattended when you receive the SMS from your alarm system. If you acknowledge the SMS within 60 seconds you deal with the contingency and no need to bother other people.
- The app can manage multiple alarm systems (home, vacation home, etc.) and manage the response to each one differently.
- If your alarm system sends you a SMS like “zone 06 alarming” the app will translate it to something like “Sensor in the kitchen alarming” or “Main door magnet alarming”, according to your configuration.
- The app keeps a log of all SMS received, with Alarm Id, date, time and zone alarming.
