How does it work?

1 ★Bought app to be able to check email yhe app crashes everytime i try tologin to any cac enabled site. I know its not the cac card i got a new cardand tested using a computer . Not sure why yhe app is constantly crashing
4 ★Great for accessing cac enabled stuff, especially email. However the email is messed up in a few ways. First off I cannot view my inbox sub folders. Second, whenever you select emails to delete or move, it deletes the email 1 below it instead... confused me for quiet a while before I figured that out. So basically it is only good for viewing new emails and sending replies.
1 ★I am unable to open anything. It does not read my CAC correctly. I gotmarried and my last name changed up it's only picking up my email with myformer last name so I can't get into my email. Also I can't access actnowor AKO. I can't access any DOD application period.
2 ★It doesn't work. No new mail notification, no calendar syncing, its just a $100 web browser. Trying to open a calendar causes it to crash.
4 ★Mixed reviews. Was successfully able to access Defense Enterprise Email but was bought it really hoping to access AVHE, which is not working unfortunately.

2 ★The free trial downloaded from the website worked well, although it took some playing with to get it to work. However, since I bought this app it hasn't worked correctly. Customer Service is responsive... but it's been two days now and they can't seem to make it work correctly. It is funny how it worked for the trial but not the paid version. If they can make it work I will raise my rating (because I travel a lot and I desperately need of this to work) but if I can't make it work within a week I am going to have to request a refund. It's too expensive of an app to not work perfectly.
