5 ★*02.2021* *Greatly Improved UI* Now provides the ability to upload multiple photos at the same time. After selecting and uploading the photos that also will compress the size and give you the option to add a description for each photo before uploading I really like this feature
5 ★Good app to get work, but the prices given are usually under fair pricing. I don't waste my time counter offering, I usually wait for nobody to take the job then when they raise the limit it's worth just contacting the company and telling them what your rate is, otherwise you can be taken advantage of.
1 ★Tracking with segment.io is blocked on my phone and it makes the entire app unusable. Can't submit anything, can't search anything, can't view anything useful in the app. It shouldn't be locked down because we're using services that prevent undesired ads and/or tracking. Your competitors don't do that.
3 ★The APP has improved, but is still lacking any real choices for freelancers to get any other work besides that of an IT guy, or data cable installers. Then the platform wants you to jump through all shapes, sizes, & colors of hoops to get an assignment, and wants to pay you little or nothing to do the work. Of course if the client knew where you came from, and what you are being paid, compared to what is being billed out for, they would have a kniption fit!! 🤔😫
2 ★This app has had many ups and downs over the years. However the most recent update has made the app completely unusable. You can log in and see your profile but that's about it. Every page says, "couldn't fetch data for one or more cards." I can't see any of the work orders I have or see any new ones. I've even gone so far as factory reset my phone and downloaded new version of app. Still can't get app to function.
2 ★In about Sept, I updated my phone with a security patch. I have reach out to support several times with no resolve. I no longer get any notifications for new assignments or any at all. I often see assignments that I would have gotten because the buyers, reach out to me directly to tell me about it. It is very annoying. I have done everything they told me to do but still not fixed. Wish they would fix this.
4 ★Overall the app is pretty good but I would like to see two things. 1.) Make FastFunds enabled work orders show that its Fast Funds on the mobile app so you don't have to switch to your computer or open a browser on your phone. All you have to do is put a green "FF" beside the budget for the W/O. 2.) If it is past the installation date of the W/O prompt the end user to extend the time frame out or take it down. Other than that it's a great app and really convenient.
3 ★WorkMarket provides steady work if you want it. It would be much better if the payments for completed projects were approved and paid 7 days after project approval. having to wait 15 to 30 days after project approval for payment or having to pay a 2% fee to get access to earned payments is one reason I am hesitant to promote this app. As a small business adding a 2% fee or waiting 30 days for payment is an additional taxing burden not needed
1 ★I hate this app so much. First it won't accept my password for more than one use so I have to keep changing it. It won't let me pull out my funds (even after filling out every form, verifying all my information, and then doing it all again because the freaking website AND app won't keep anything for more than 2 seconds.). It crashes constantly and be prepared for more spam than you can handle (and unsubscribing doesn't work, for issues mentioned above.) No job is worth using this trash.
