Description
matdaan360 (मतदान360) aims to ease communication, coordination and information flow for Election Machinery in a District. It has an interface for all Officials viz. DEO, Deputy DEO, RO/ARO, AM/SM, Polling Party, BLO & more roles mapped to a District.matdaan360 has following modules:
a. Directory Module: Role-wise comprehensive Official Directory with Search by Name-Mobile, Filter, Option to Add to Favorite for quick connect over phone as well as WhatsApp with single click, Contact sharing and One-way broadcast/Two-way one-to-one messaging interface.
b. Knowledge Bank: Role & Category-wise Circulars / Guidelines and Manuals
c. Training Section: Election Training Schedule, Master Trainer Contact List & Training Videos
d. Survey/To-do Section: Role-wise, list of surveys, to be filled-in by officials for e.g. Divyang Pick-up/Drop-off form for BLO, Polling Day Updates for Presiding Officer/BLO. The form/survey submissions made from the app are centrally managed and converted to dynamic excel report. Polling day status updates by PO/BLO works offline via incoming-SMS service. Integration with Raj SMS.
e. SOS Module: Emergency Contacts for troubleshooting of EVM/VVPAT/Law-Order etc.
f. Static Facilities on Map: A map interface to View Police Stations, Medical Facilities etc. spread across the district
matdaan360 has a bi-lingual mobile app interface in Hindi/English.
