Piccola descrizione può essere la seguente:Nel 1674 il sedicenne P. Carlo Giacinto riceve la prima apparizione della Madonna che gli mostra il Santuario ed i come doveva essere costruito.
Per 20 anni il P. Carlo Giacinto rimane bloccato poi nel 1695 in soli 15 mesi (!) il Santuario viene eretto.
La Madonna gli promise che ogni 15 Agosto all'alba Essa sarebbe ritornata nel Suo Santuario tutti i 15 di Agosto fino alla fine del mondo.
Questo era il motivo per cui per 247 anni i frati ed i fedeli si riunivano in preghiera all'alba.
La devozione si perse intorno al 1943 ed è stata ripresa solo nel 2012, seguendo il ragionamento che la Madonna -anche se il Santuario all'alba era restato chiuso per gli ultimi 69 anni- non aveva mancato di rendersi presente.
A sorpresa la risposta nel 2012 fu consistente, circa un centinaio di persone, numero che è andato crescendo nel 2013 (circa 260) e nel 2014 (oltre 320) per cui si è pensato già nel 2014 di effettuare riprese diffuse via WEB.
Nel 2015 la diffusione sarà assicurata soprattutto via TV a mezzo satellite e Télé Lumière - Noursat (TV Cattolica libanese) funzionerà -con la sua rete mondiale di frequenze satellitari- da ridistributore di segnale.
Per l'edizione 2016 -riuscendo a trovare adeguati finanziamenti, (si tratta di circa 15÷20.000€)- si sta progettando di offrire il programma dal vivo con almeno 6 sottoportanti audio nelle seguenti lingue: lingua dell'evento: italiano, traduzioni simultanee integrali: inglese, francese, spagnolo, arabo, cinese, russo.
