Con l’App gratuita UNOGAS è sempre possibile tenere sotto controllo le forniture di gas naturale ed energia elettrica. Infatti, attraverso le apposite sezioni è possibile monitorare le fatture emesse, lo stato dei pagamenti, le letture utilizzate ai fini della fatturazione e lo storico dei consumi corrispondenti all’utenza. Inoltre, tutti i contatti utili sono sempre a disposizione.Per utilizzare l’applicazione è sufficiente utilizzare le stesse credenziali create per accedere all’area riservata del sito web. Se non avete ancora effettuato l’iscrizione sarà possibile registrarsi accedendo al sito www.unogas.it.
Nella sezione “I tuoi dati” sono riportati i contatti registrati nei sistemi del Fornitore e l’elenco delle forniture attive e non attive.
La sezione fatture riporta l’elenco completo delle bollette emesse, con evidenza dello stato del pagamento. Cliccando sulla freccia a destra è possibile scaricare il .pdf della fattura.
La sezione contratti riporta l’elenco dei contratti di fornitura. Accedendo al dettaglio del contratto sarà inoltre possibile trasmettere l’autolettura del contatore; seguendo le semplici istruzioni riportate sarà possibile ricevere bollette precise calcolate su un consumo effettivo.
Inoltre, sono bene evidenziati i contatti della sede commerciale di riferimento per competenza territoriale, oltre al n. verde gratuito ed i contatti di posta a cui rivolgersi per qualsiasi problematica o chiarimento.
