MyHilite is an Internal Performance Assessment App for IBM-JTI Employee.Good News for JTI-ers, IBM-JTI introduces the latest facilities to enhance professional development opportunities, enable and build a culture of continual feedback, and drive forward-thinking contribution so employees can show up at their best and elevate their performance.
Everything is done with an online system that is linked automatically to the JTI employee database and can be accessed with your JTI ED account. MyHilte is based on the 3 key features, MyASK, MyKPI, MyFeedback
MyHilite FEATURES:
MyASK
You have to complete profile with the latest work performance according to the ASK framework: Attitude, Skill & Knowledge. Then, you have to submit the ASK to the manager to assess your work performance in the future. When update the profile, you should consider these dimensions - Business results, Client Success, Innovation and Responsibility to others
MyKPI
Your success in a project can be seen from the KPI: Key Performance Indicator. You have to discuss with your manager for the related KPI in your project. With MyHilite you can submit and update your KPI any time.
MyFeedback
Requesting for feedback on your performance has never been this easier. You can ask manager, peers or subordinate in the same project with you, with supporting artifacts any time. By having timely feedback from your managers, peers or subordinate will help you improve your performance.
Notifications
Make sure you never miss your submissions from notifications that automatically provides you the latest updates about your items
MyProfile
After manager or colleague has reviewed those items, your profile will be automatically updated with the latest performance.
Login as Manager
MyHilite also provides login as manager feature. You don't need another application to approve and feedback for your subordinates
Approve & Decline
As a Manager, you can approve every submission made by your team. You can also decline with build-in notes, so that subordinates can fix and re-submit
