1 ★Absolutely worthless. Won't install or run. Would not have one star if I could give it 0!

1 ★App is far from ready for transition to production. Adding filters is not intiuitive, and the tracking does not provide interesting stats just the filter percentage remaining, and no insight as to how that number was calculated (days? gallons?). Instead of hiring an outside firm to put together an app and letting them run with it, you should be thinking through the customer centric aspects and creating detailed requirements. Here's hoping the next version isn't also a total dumpster fire.

1 ★The app literally doesn't do anything. I installed it and logged into my Aquasa account inside the app. Then nothing. It shows two pictures of compatible Aquasana products, but there aren't any buttons to push. Literally just two static pictures of products. I cannot emphasize enough that this app literally doesn't do anything.

1 ★Just installed the Aquasana AQ-5300+ bluetooth water filtration system. The filter part works great, but this app seems to be nearly completely broken. Launched and created an account, then it instructed me to select a filter system type to connect to and none of the options can be selected. Tap your filter - nothing happens. Rebooted, reinstalled, cleared cache, data, nothing. I'm guessing that given the other 1 start reviews here that others weren't able to get it to work either.

1 ★I connected my filter but the app does nothing. I'm not convinced it's communicating. the latest update broke the app completely. uninstalled. i do hope the app is improved. i love my filter and would like to be able to monitor its status.
