The circadian rhythm ("body clock") 24-hour day/night-activity/rest cycle is considered a key chronobiologic factor.This expert system is based on numerous studies and research publications. HOW IT WORKS
When the application starts, it locates geographical coordinates in the background and connects to weather server.
The data are used to calculate the current state bio functions.
Initially the user should set his birthday and time to sleep to create activity/rest cycle pattern.
When using the time simulator or selecting specific day and hour, the app re-calculates and displays the states in various ways.
