How to install LOCKLY® APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★It's OK. I like a 4 digit pass code not 6 to 8. You want to get into your door sort of quickly . There's nothing quick about punching in 8 numbers on random. Takes forever. What if Jason or Michael Myers were right behind me? I'd be dead forsure! Lol! But hey it looks neat and makes beeping noises. I do like that I can lock and unlock it with just one touch on the app. That's pretty cool but that's it everything else is slow and clunky and not so much fun. At all. Ever. Just saying.
3 ★The app is somewhat ok, but the log is a total mess. There are a lot of false records while missing some real ones. Sometimes I can't connect to the lock from the app via Bluetooth. I have a pro version and I was expecting a bit more stability based on all the hype around this device. The lock itself seems to work fine though.
1 ★App intermittently connects with the bridge. Can't complete the setup. Luckily support is nowhere to be found. $400 vision lock that I want to love for $400 you can't even call anybody or talk to anybody with the issues and experiencing. I can't have a lock on the door that doesn't work and when you can't get support. I don't need kids stuck outside at minus 20 degrees.
2 ★Mediocre. The app struggles to connect most days. It's almost useless for me to be able to lock and unlock the door remotely as it takes SO long to load anything. The door bell is worthless because by the time it rings on my phone and connects, it's been too long and I'm unable to speak with whoever is at the door. It's nice for being able to enter without needing a hard key, but thats about it.
3 ★Out of the box we really like our Vision Lockly. It is as advertised and I would recommend to others except that your app is buggy. Two prominent issues to fix, you call recording RECODING which is a silly ui problem to have with a product that costs 399.00. Also some of the RECODINGS show up in white frame is it is annoying for the price to have problems storing video files. This needs work. Overall satisfied but today id recommend it for vision model if they fix the app and the RECODINGs.
1 ★Very disappointed. This lock has great potential but the app constantly loses connection on wifi, the door sensor just does not work. When door is open, the lock still auto locks when it should only do this when door is closed. It stopped recognizing fingerprints and had to recan them and during rescanming lock would not complete the process. Too many problems. If they fix these, I would easily put their locks on all my doors but the high price and poor execution are holding me back.
1 ★Horrible app. Constant lost connections. Organizing Properties, Rooms, and Locks is a nightmare. It's as if they get randomly placed, and BOOM! "can't update, lost connection". And having SOME functions only work with Bluetooth connectivity and OTHERS through the app is ludicrous! EVERYTHING SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE SET THROUGH THE APP. IF I'M ON THE SAME WIFI IN THE SAME BUILDING I SHOULDN'T LOSE CONNECTION TO THE LOCK. So disappointed in these things...
5 ★Slightly confused. Once sync with Bluetooth, no need to use program on door. Finally figured it out. Also activation code should be with paperwork. I had someone else install it, looking all over for the paperwork and code. Need to let those of us less savvy it was on the box. All n all, very happy with it .
3 ★The lock itself was easy to install and has done a fine job with the fingerprint reader. The problems I am having stem from the app. I am constantly getting false open or close notifications and the app refuses to change some settings such as the automatic timer for the lock. It stays at 5 seconds. Please work out the bugs on the app.
5 ★I wasn't too sure what to think about this lock when I ordered it. Now after using it for almost a year I will say that it's actually a awesome lock. It has many different methods for locking & unlocking, lots of settings to choose from & is very easy to use. When setting it up for the first time it can be a little bit hard to understand but with a call to CS they walk you through it step by step. So I definitely will recommend this to anyone that wants better locking security for their home.
1 ★Can not get the wifi to work. I have tried no less than 50 times. Sometimes i get a successful connection when setting up only to have it not work and time out when i use the application on wifi. Other times i get an "UNKNOWN ERROR" when trying to set up. Customer service pretty much gave up and did not offer any kind of explanation or resolution. I was left holding the bag, being told it would be sent to Engineering. Was told they would be able to access the lock and make a better diagnoses.
2 ★Love the Lock, APP is very GLITCHY Went 6-8 months without having access to the camera through the app. Couldn't unlock the door remotely. It was a big disappointment. I ultimately gave up on the app entirely until this week when I forgot our password and had to open the app. That is when I noticed it was no longer saying "timed out" with the ring of death, lol. So for now, the app is working, but it is like the weather, very bipolar 🙄
