3 ★Often the map views don't work. Deleting from the favorites is impossible, it just keeps growing. Condo/coop/townhouse listings never show if pets are accepted AND what pets; cats or dogs. I have also come across a small number of deceptive listings. It's impossible to flag them to be checked. This is basic and should not be issues. *Thanks for the response. I know how to delete. The app isn't doing it. Feedback on a property should also be easier.
1 ★I have been set up with two agents. I have yet to rent or purchase anything in Illinois. I believe using this app and others like it is a systemic way of segregation. They seem more concerned with placing me where they "think" I should live rather than where I am looking. Miss the days of a newspaper ad and face to face talks.
3 ★Sometimes sq ft inside and out not shown this is very important. And Blackrock needs to b forbidden. Very dirty tricks.and makes the actual prices double in price causing bidding worse. Also making a causing shortage in home for sell. Every time I s a home just listed, within mins usually is contracted out and then held on too, showing never selling n the right back into contingent. Shame
5 ★We need more apps like this , I hate when ppl charge a fee just to look at something.. thank you Realtor for understanding that ppl look at property for a reason .. but Don't want to feel pushed , Manipulated to buy right then and there .
1 ★Won't show anything but the red splash screen. I've cleared cache and data and forced stop and reinstalled. Tried on wifi and mobile data... Nothing has helped. EDIT: the app started working for a bit then just says searching, gets laggy, doesn't show properties, and won't shut down. I try to swipe it away and it stays on screen like a picture in picture. I can be patient for an app that doesn't currently work. Locking up my phone and making it unusable for minutes at a time is unacceptable.
2 ★For several days I got nothing but the big red splash screen when I opened this app. Rebooting phone didn't help. Cleared the cache and data and it's working again. Still gives me a search error every time I try to run the searches I created on the desktop version. Advantage over desktop version though, is that mobile version makes it easy to hide properties I don't want to see again.
1 ★Freezes up and somehow stops me from hitting back, home, or going to settings to escape the app. Need to reboot to get out. Seems fine if I disable my vpn, so it looks like they're trying to block vpn traffic. That's already a pretty stupid decision, but they also did a terrible job of it. I'll be using a different app from now on.
4 ★Better than Zillow. Only wish the app display the price after the house was sold. Don't know why its not possible for the app to display the price after the house was sold. When that price is shown, i will give 5 star. Right now 4 star.
1 ★App is buggy I though it was my OnePlus software being buggy but at least I was abke to open the app. While using OnePlus android version the app kept refreshing over and over again. I just switch to a S21 and the app freezes in the splash screen. Update, after signing in the screen started jumping. This an S21, probably one of the most common android devices out there and is unusable. Update: I cannot go to "Feedback" because the app is unresponsive. I sent an email with a video to dev email.
5 ★Stacey Rohe is amazing!! Very seriously patient and able to deal with any question or situation I had come up. When the mortgage company wouldn't respond I texted Stacey and it was handled not of the time within the hour. I admittedly am not the easiest person to handle but Stacey never, not once, got frustrated or irritated with me. Pleasant every time we spoke and was the most patient, non pressure, realtor I could have asked for. Now me and my family are home owners. Thank you so very much.b
3 ★Can't refresh page. So if you keep the app open and want to research for something you previously searched during the day using your history or what they call "recent searches" it doesn't work. After you scroll through that list and tag that it'll come up with no listings. So you actually have to double tap that and it still may not load. So then you have to re-check another box next to it that says show listings from low to high amounts or high to low amounts. This tricks it into results.
1 ★This app is not easy to use when looking for a house outside your local area. I do not recommend. Response to owners, I tried deleting and reinstalling. Again once you search an area you cannot look outside an area, unless you type in a specific area. Zillow, redfin will allow this function. Why doesn't yours? Sure, the "outside" area is any area away from my original search area from witch I first searched upon down loading the app. Unfortunately words are limited and this is as far as I can t
