1 ★I bought this $199 lock so I could connect it to my smarthings app. First I downloaded the Schlage app which won't let me sign up. I've tried 10 different passwords and none of them qork. So then I called the company and was still on hold after 30 minutes. I have a smarthings and I have plenty of things connected to it, but this one keeps saying I need a hub, WELL I HAVE A BUB, and it still won't work. Great customer service Schlage 👎
1 ★Adapter doesn't work. App sucks because when I attempt to enter internet password the keyboard comes up and the ability to enter password disappears. $300+ nightmare thanks for nothing but a headache.
3 ★Works but could be better. Would be great to have one window to see all your locks at the same time, dark mode, if it didn't sign out on its own sometimes
2 ★Buggy app on any platform: iPhone 7, Andoird 6, and newer Pixel 4a. It functions BUT you must pay careful attention to it, to make sure your codes are saved. Too many times, when saving a new code, the app refuses to save it and posts an error. You can try all you want but the error persists. Several minutes later, the new code is listed as a valid code. Not exactly a good thing, when trying to add a new code and have it working asap. I wished the app would allowed customization of notifications
2 ★Good concept, wish it was Google friendly. App keeps getting a triangle saying there's a connection problem, but the modem is close to the door, so I can't use the app much. Need to buy a shlage hub for it to work over the internet, pretty expensive. Wish it would connect better to the app.
4 ★FantAstic lock. The only qualm I have is that Alexa can't open the door by command. We only had a few downtime and it was only when the batteries were low. I wish they would make a fingerprint reader though.
5 ★Was pretty easy to install. The online video made it very easy to follow. It's cool to see status of the lock and to be able to lock and unlock it from my phone.
5 ★Excellent. Easy to install. Easy to use. Every time we get a new babysitter I activate a new code and deactivate it when they move on. No longer have 20 sets of keys changing hands all over the city.
2 ★Loose connections to offen. Then you have to search for your password. When you refresh your password, works ok. Easier to use your keys.
1 ★App doesn't work correctly. It only works when we are in our home. Away from home it does not connect. I have emailed for assistance with no response. I have also called customer service. I was on hold for an hour and no one picked up. This is unacceptable.
5 ★After some initial issues dealing with firmware updates, everything is working perfectly. Over 5 months since installing the device and batteries are still at 60%. The whole family loves it!
2 ★Update 10-13-20. Sense Adapter is losing connection to WiFi. It is only maybe 12 ft away from Router.. When I try to look at the Sense Adapter in the App, it says offline(last connected in July 2020) VERY IRRITATING**Update 8-23-20 Android App is losing connection to Sense Adapter. Takes multiple tries to get it to work. Not sure what's going on, but it's irritating.
