4 ★App kept telling me the device was offline, which it wasn't. Uninstalled & reinstalled several times now and app stops if I try to set timer. Timer repaired and working again. Thank you

3 ★Took me ages to realise that you have to have LOCATION SWITCHED ON in your phone. The app then finds and connects to strips quickly and with no problem.

2 ★When it works its fantastic. But since the latest update, the app crashes when you try to set up timings to turn the lights on and off.

1 ★Bought 2 sets plus additional lights to make 6 on each. Both worked for month then no red on one set. Changed it at TLC. Now first set will now not register on app. No help contact for product.
