RoomPlan allows you to manage your BnB bookings. With our app you can manage the reservations of a small or medium tourist structure ( B&B, guest houses, villas, hotels) by managing your booking rooms and customer reservations by using your phone. You will have the planning of reservations on hand, anytime, anywhere, and leave your paper cumbersome manual.Customize and manage your bookings planner with rooms number, name and type, the service, the source host, the commercial channel from which the reservation comes.
It's safe because your information can be in your device but also in our server; the backup function allows to retrieve the data in case the device is lost or broken.
Think of what alternative would you if your agenda or notebook is lost or damaged! How you may retrieve the result of months of records, so important for your villas, hotels, bed and breakfast?
It gives you the possibility to automatically send an email to the host, directly from the phone or tablet.
And it's social as you can share reservations data with any collaborators in two ways:
1) You can send a PDF file with the planning of the reservations who do not have the application.
2) If the application is installed on more devices (you buy only once) with the synchronization function, using the functions of Save Backup and Restore Backup.
You can use RoomPlan App alone or even with our property management software RoomPlanOnline, that allows you to manage your calendar using your PC. Will be enough a few clicks to access from your PC to the data that you've saved on the Tablet or Smartphone.
RoomPlan also has a very simple system to study your hotel performance. Enter only the period that interests you and get business statistics and ratios in a few seconds. It analyzes the management and improve your results.

1 ★AVOID ABSOLUTELY !!! I paid to use this app, it has 0 security. Anyone who installs the app will have access to your data forever! Changing the password is totally useless, I contacted the online service and their only answer was that I have to PAY AGAIN to upgrade to PC version or PAY a developper 100 Euros to migrate to another account. A total ripoff !!!
1 ★AVOID buying into to this app if you want security from others. You are not able to log out or change password!! I have contacted the online service to help me but their only answer was I need to upgrade and pay again $120 US to transfer to another account. So I switch to another developer right away and had delete all my info from the calender manually.

1 ★Very often, when you buckup this very "useful and almost free" app you will loose all your data, especially when synchronizing with other device. When you try to resume an older backup to find your data, you can't. I paid twice this app one to every device I use and when it crashes I have to refill all, thanks a lot!
1 ★L'app è discreta. Si potrebbero apportare moltissime migliorie ma tutto sommato può andar bene... se non avete bisogno della sincronizzazione tra diversi device!!! Mi spiego... Ho acquistato la versione full: per installarla ho dovuto disinstallare la versione lite e reinstallare quella full (la maggior parte delle app riconoscono l'aggiornamento in automatico, questa NO); ho poi installato la versione lite su un dispositivo apple. A questo punto mi sarei aspettata, come succede per tutte le app che consentono la sincronizzazione tra device, di avere la sincronizzazione automatica tra i due device, utilizzando ovviamente lo stesso account. E INVECE NO. l'unico modo per avere la sincronizzazione è acquistare un'altra versione full dall'apple store, pagando altre 15 euro. ASSURDO!!! Mi domando se gli sviluppatori sono a conoscenza del funzionamento delle altre app. Insomma, se non necessitate della sincronizzazione tra device, esistono app migliori a costo più basso. Se volete anche la sincronizzazione sappiate che dovete spendere 15 euro per ogni device. Io ormai ne ho spese 30 e me la tengo fa sono profondamente delusa.
