조합설립 목적진로체험을위해 영주시뿐만 아니라 모든 학교에서 진로체험수업을 나가고 있으나 영주시에서 할 수 있는 진로체험이 없어 우리 지역 학생들이 다른 지역 진로체험 학습을 나가고 있는 상황이 안타까운 부분으로 번개놀이터 협동조합에서 더욱더 발전된 "시장이 학교다" 교육 프로그램을 운영하며 지역경제 활성화 및 시장활성화를 시장상인들의 매출증가로 연계하고자 합니다.
· 초중고 진로체험, 방과후 수업, 자유학기제 의무화 교육에 따른 진로체험학습을 위해 시장 상인 및 전문교육 강사와 협업하여 학생들이 낯선 재래시장에서 다양한 체험과 폭넓은 선택을 하여 미래에 가치를 심어주고자 젋은 청년 5명의 사업자 대표들이 모여 협동조합을 설립하여 영주지역학생들처럼 다른 타 지역도 학생들의 진로체험 학습 연계 사업도 추진하여 영주 관광 문화 발전에 기여하고자 합니다.
· 시장 내 상품을 이용한 도시락 간식 디저트를 납품하고 누구나 찾을 수 있는 시장, 자꾸 찾고 싶은 시장을 만들기 위해 시장안 작은 문화센터를 만들어 각종요리교실, 자격증취득 여성유망직종인 공방창업을 위한 자격증 취득교육을 진행 할 예정입니다.
· 가족요리교실, 각종 도시락 만들기수업, 쌀소비 촉진을 위해서 어린이집, 학교와 연계해서 떡만들기 수업, 방과후수업, 어린이 요리교실 등 시장에서 장을 보면서 각종요리 수업을 만들어 시장 안 상인들의 매출증대까지 연계하는 사업 추진 계획중입니다.
