1 ★Schlechteste App die ich habe. Bluetooth Verbindung sehr unzuverlässig: nach Verlust der Verbindung (z.B. weil man sich nur kurz die Werte anzeigen will) wird das Fahrrad nicht mehr gefunden. App Funktionalität grottig: Aufzeichnung während der Fahrt saugt Akku leer. Dafür kann man dann nachher nur Durchschnittswerte anzeigen, keine Verläufe? Und Export geht nur als JPEG???? Unglaublich. Wirklich unfassbar schlecht. Werde deswegen sicher nie mehr ein Fazua System kaufen.

3 ★Initially trouble pairing, ride 50, samsung a71 Android 13, have emailed developer so fingers crossed. It is now working, I did take the battery out and I did run diagnostics from my laptop, all OK, correct software etc. When I put it back in bike I managed to get rider app to connect and that then did a firmware update, then after that when I closed down Rider app then the other app worked. Hopefully all will be OK now, maybe taking battery out etc. Does some sort of reset?
1 ★App does not show up in app list. Can not view data from ride after ride is complete. Can not upload ride data to outside services or download GPS GPX data
1 ★Will not connect to bike (Trek Domane LT+). When I tap "Register" in the app window and then pull down, the bike is seen as "FAZUA EVATION", followed by serial number, but when I tap on that, the app says "Pairing", and then just shows a perpetually spinning hourglass for as many minutes I let it run before killing the app. Phone is a Google Pixel 6a running Android 13.
1 ★The app is absolutely useless.......connects okay to the bike but then when yr going out for a ride it continously disconnects itself so its does not work. The thing that concerns me is that if they can't invest in the app then it raises serious concerns for the brand and its electric bike motors......
2 ★The app works, but the user experience could be improved a good bit with little effort. When cycling, you can change if you want the speed, or batrery charge/estimated distance to be displayed. For that you have to click on the speed/battery charge indicator, then select the respective other option, then confirm. (Tapping three times) User experience would be much significantly better, if just tapping the indicator would switch what is displayed. The current way is needlessly complex.
