Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

1 ★It is just a call system. Only call comes and they ask the problem, but not make call for completion of solution. Negative response are not attended. I have made single complain for three times but the matters is rounded and not resolved.
1 ★It is requested of you sir, please solve the problem below When we submit the complaint through the citizen portal then the citizen portal marks the complaint to the relevant department but the Every department sends the fake message reply of complaint and closes the complaint. even though the problem is still not solved. and the citizen portal does not take any action according to this matter. What is the benefit of a citizen portal? If the problem is not solved then you must have to close
5 ★This application is very effective in numerous cases but in some cases it is useless. Specifically where officers have to do some practical/field work. Even negative stars and comments do not bother them.
5 ★Difficulty in uploading images taken by mobile cam. Images needed to be cropped to get less size. Not everyone is so tec. expert to do that and finally quits and don't submit his/her suggestion/complaint.
5 ★Awesome. Need to be more updated and forwarding complaints to the concerned officers. Similarly the complaints should not be sent to the person whose against is the subject complaints are submitted. Kindly decrease the redressal time to 20 days.
1 ★Application is good but due to some bad experience i pressed on one star... In suggestion box I lodged suggetions but niether the same were implemented nor appearing in the box and went hidden without any intimation.. Further my one complaint is pending since 4 months on the dashboard of Chairman naya pakistan housing authority which not being attended....
5 ★this is very good initiative by PMIK to stop corruption and to solve all the problems of Nation. I have been using this app for a year and my all the problems have been solved. you don't need to go any police station or somewhere else just open the app and a add a complain. The app will continuesly send you the progress og your report and it will be also be solved. I suggest to all pakistani guys to download it. Thanks PM Imran Khan for you think about the poor people of country.
5 ★It's a good step towards Naya Pakistan. But this app needs more development like, it should notify the individual and authorities via email, text or notification about next step taken or application resolved. It will help both to peruse the case on time. Thanks and hope it will be applied.
1 ★Worst app no action just words use Forwarded or relief granted without resolve the complaint Just waste of time No check and balance Nobody resolve or even read the complain seriously just auto reply firstly it work well but now show every time server not responding and no response against complaint just show numbers or letters such as forwarded to Ig then Rpo Cpo Sp to dsp and closed. without call or listen the complainentn
1 ★I would give no star if it is possible to submit without.. Updating goes for waste. I think, the technical team is sleeping deeply.. Issue is still there and need your cute attention.. 1-System is under necessory maintenence.
1 ★The app is glitchy, and the team that handles the request pays no attention to what the citizen demands or requests. They are always busy trying to close the complain through some of the lamest means ever known.
1 ★Good app but Administrative organization are not responding to the complaints and not resolving to the issues on merit they just made time pass to the application and then close it asking that the relief is granted to applicant... I am very Disappointed from this app.. 😥😥😥
