1 ★$200 for a label maker that I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to use every time.Please fix!
1 ★This app is horribly disappointing. I've been using a BMP-21 for years and it's wonderful, I purchased an M211 printer to replace it as a more compact unit to transport. I just want to create the same labels as the BMP-21, but it's horribly complicated to create a basic label. If you make a wire label and want to adjust the length it erases all the label text and makes you start again. It seems the designers tried packing too many features into the software instead of making a good interface.
1 ★Most of the time app gets stuck on loading screen until I reboot phone. First label printed after powering printer on always misaligns making it unusable, even if it's the same labels. The following labels print correctly.
2 ★I keep having to delete it and re-install it for it to work. Other than that, it's great.
2 ★Im using this app on a Samsung 23+ I believe. The app is extremely cumbersome. If you want to print verticle label it's very difficult to setup. It will literally print horizontal and vertical at same time. After 20 mins of trying deleting resetting. I went to conventional label maker and 10 seconds I was done. For a standard label. It works.

3 ★Well, I have uninstalled the app, cleared it, and reinstalled it. It works now on my s23untra. Im new to the app, and i do find it hard to understand. Would love if you could update the app and add it to the electrical section.. option To select gage of the wire (cable) font size and just print wire labels ... I have not seen any useful tutorials of the app as of right now. I'm planning to reach out to technical support for some guidance.
2 ★Worked fine before updates. After updates 80% of the time the app just sits at thr brady express labels splash screen and never progresses. Have to force close app and restart it multiple times and maybe it will work again. Happening on a galaxy s23 ultra, and a pixel 9 fold pro. Both same issue. Seems to have happened after the addition of voice labels.
1 ★Fails to allow users to access Excel files. Additionally, should be re-coded to pull more than one column of data out of a spreadsheet file, this is unacceptably poor. Latest update gas a 'got it' help message that intrudes upon the functionality of the app, and bypassing it forces the app to hang for no reason. And, when I get the app going finally, there is no way to edit existing text without erasing the old text box. The text box editor should not be auto completing or adding punctuation.
1 ★I can no longer make wrap labels for wire. I used to be able to. As it is, my M211 is only useful as a paper weight.
