Description

Championing positive habits, one day at a time.

7 Weeks is the simplest habit and goal tracker, helping you to develop a new habit or break a bad habit. Based on "the X effect" method of completing goals, 7 Weeks creates a compounding strategy of focusing on one day of your habit/goal at a time, building streaks that become more & more difficult to break.

Every day that you complete successfully, simply mark the day as complete! Each day you complete gets you one step closer to not just making or breaking a new habit or completing a goal, but it increases your motivation, willpower and discipline.

Scientists believe the sweet spot for developing or breaking a habit is around 7 weeks. Once you have completed 49 days straight with little failure, you can be sure you'll have developed a positive habit, broken a bad habit or completed a goal. Not performing your new habit will feel strange. Slipping back into old ways will be unnatural.

With custom alarms, flexible habit types, home screen widgets, the most beautiful habit tracking interface & multiple customization options for each habit, 7 Weeks is the #1 app to get you on track to making your habits and goals.

7 Weeks Gold brings even more power to you!

For only the price of one cup of coffee, you get:

- The ability to take goal tracking beyond 7 weeks.
- Ability to track more than 2 habits at a time.
- Two beautiful & fully functional home screen widgets.
- Unlimited custom reminders for each habit with custom repeats, time & messages.
- Quick access to checking off habits from home screen widgets & reminders.

& much, much more coming soon!

And if you share the app on Facebook or Twitter, you can get 50% off the upgrade!

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Nice app but unable to see buy tab.
1 ★I've been using this app for 2 years but I'm probably going to find a new one because of this update. The new interface is completely different from the straightforward older one, where you can just tick each day off. Also used to be able to have free widgets but now you have to pay :( ...which I would consider if I didn't hate the new look. Why change something that was already close to perfect for many?
5 ★Very user friendly
1 ★It was a great app. I was using it for a years. But after the latest update, just meh. I prefer the old one
3 ★This is a great simple habit tracking app, that hasn't been updated since 2015. It has no device sync (you change devices, you lose your data), and it's a little buggy with the reminder notifications (sometimes you get 'em, sometimes you don't). While the upgrade to 7+ is well worth it for what you get, the app itself has become obsolete to me without a device sync. All emails to the developer are useless, so I'm just uninstalling. If I need it again, I'll just pay the $2 again.
4 ★Simple and effective... almost. I wanted an app that would always be "in my face" to remind me to not skip a day. So I thought that this one with it's widget would do that, and it almost does. The downside is that the widget wastes a lot of unneeded space that can be utilized to show you the previous days. That's the "X Effect", not resetting me every week and starting again. So I would say the widgets need quite some more thought. Keep it up Devs! Great so far.
2 ★Pretty decent app for tracking habits. However, it hasn't been updated in a very long period of time so the styling doesn't gel well with the most recent Android material themes. I also have discovered a bug with the program where dates don't align with the weekday correctly. I tried both the store page email address and the in app feedback button address and both where returned. I have a feeling that this app has been abandoned.
5 ★I really love this app. It's been great to see progress in all areas of my life. The only thing I wish it had was a way to archive filled out grids. I delete them once I finish completing them and it would be nice to be able to go back and see how many grids I was able to fill out. To see the visible progress several months back would be cool. Love the app as it is though!
1 ★Disappointing - I paid to upgrade to the Plus version but the next day I was reverted to the basic version. The in-app bug reporting via email failed (email bounced). I like the functionality of the app but wouldn't recommend it to anyone given it has taken my money and not upgraded the feature set accordingly, and the avenues to report this in app are failing.
3 ★Alarm functions not working. Your email id to fix bugs does not exist ! Correct these bugs ASAP because i paid the money for the services that do not work.
4 ★I really like this app for habit tracking. I'd love to be able to set a start date in the past. It'd also be great if you could set a goal and have it count down, e.g., go to the gym 15 times over 5 weeks, and each rime you check it off it decreases the count. Thanks!
4 ★I'm looking for an app that allows me to monitor the weekly frequency of tasks. For example, meeting the CDC's guidelines for exercising 150 min/ week, or restricting my intake of desserts to twice a week. This seems like a good enough app, but it doesn't accomplish what I'm looking for, so I'm going to delete it.
