“Theekhers” Mobile application allows the “Theekhers” to view & accept service requests for Computer Repair services in their preferred service locations. Greater Toronto Area only
All technicians MUST go through Technical Screening and Back Ground Check before being accepted as a “Theekher” and use this “Theekhers” Mobile App or website portal to service Theekh’s customers.
“Theekhers” App can be used to:
1. View & accept Service Request tickets in your preferred locations.
2. Chat with the users to better understand the details of the service request and maintain a continuous stream of communication until the ticket is resolved.
3. Get sign-off from the customer after the service request is completed.
4. Track open & accepted tickets for the next 7 days.
5. Tracked pending & completed tickets in the current & previous week.
