2 ★At first, I was impressed by Yango’s competitive prices, but I soon realized that the original fare always increased. Moreover, the drivers either accepted the ride and then marked it as complete after a few minutes without picking me up, or they asked me to cancel the ride because they were not coming. They gave me nonsensical reasons for their actions, which wasted my time. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
1 ★Yango find new ways for logo ko loutna Worst experience ever with yango The destination changes a couple of times within the app itself, and when we arrive, the person says, You provided this address, even though I had mentioned many times that this route doesn't go there. It's strange; when we reach, he claims, 'You gave this address,' as if what he provided has automatically changed, which was actually modified by the app itself. When Im saying that this is not the right route .so disappointed
3 ★It is a good app for passengers. But sometimes issues arrise from rider's side as they receive multiple rides at once especially few minutes before completion of their current ride. They have to accept the new ride no matter what the situation is and the worst thing is that they can't contact such new passengers. You can understand that new passengers waiting as well as riders face a lot of issue due to it. Kindly update your app to avoid this issue.
1 ★driver did not come to the actual point from where the journey will be started. he intentionally go the wrong place and confirmed on the app he has arrived the pickup location rather he did not come the that place. 2nd the fare on the driver app shows more than the customer app. driver said his app working fine there is problem in your app. 3rd customer support option in the app is more than worst. i gave negative markings on that. nothing is there on that. no solution provided there. worst app
2 ★It was just fine..However, the app needs a lot of improvement to enhance the customer experience..Maps are not updated, and drivers have complained that the app doesn't display the destination, leaving them unsure where to go after accepting a ride..
4 ★I had only 1 late driver experience so far. All other trips were pleasant and friendly and for my staff the app and service provide a much safer way to get home. The Map is buggy though and the updates are relentless. Still, great option for WHK. Let's see how often the prices increase.
4 ★First, I'm glad this type of app is in Addis that calculate the cost before you start the trip which you will pay exact same amount in the end. We really need this alternative, the problem is we don't have car availability in most of the areas so we have to wait for them to arrive from far because its a fair price. Please make more cars available. N updating the map for more precise location detection and training the drivers how this works and what's their advantage would make things smother .
4 ★One thing you should teach your drivers how Google maps works most of them they don't understand anything about it, it's a 30 minutes course. I speak out of experience as I had 135 drivers in the past they all where obliged to learn or no job at all. As it's very frustrating for your clients and it's a simple fix.
1 ★Very bad experience. The driver always stops at wrong locations cancels ride all the time, increases the fare itself after we have booked the ride and most of the drivers are inexperienced and drive very roughly or the condition of their vehicle is horrible
3 ★Please ,update the map already. The map doesn't lead the driver to the exact location of the passenger,which can cause long wait times.Other than that,user interface needs to be polished a bit.GPS also gives drivers the longer route a lot.

1 ★Terribly long waiting hours and most of the drivers ask to cancel the ride after accepting it. They don't know the destination before accepting the ride and the minute they are told they ask you to cancel the ride. Never got the ride at first attempt. Most of their drivers are also signed up on indrive and careem. I have 3 discounted rides but what's the point when no driver is ready ro pick up.
