4 ★Great app. It's super easy to use, and it's so helpful when I need to eat lunch but don't have time to stand in long lines. One of the major downsides is that you can't order for pickup later, which is a little inconvenient.

3 ★I wish there was a way to better customize my Starbucks. I think there needs to be better ways to know when my order is ready. Some stores don't notify me that my order is ready. Good app. Has come in handy for ordering food while in class.

4 ★its well organized and easy to use. also takes up less space than other similar apps. its definitely not perfect though, so no 5 stars.

3 ★it charged my debit card even when the receipt said it would charge meal plan??? The app works great for what it does but Beware of delivery! I triple checked to make sure it would charge meal plan but when I checked my bank account it had charged more than $30?? Beware hidden charges

1 ★It was great when it worked, however, now it is bugged out and tells me a I have $0 in my account even when I have hundreds.

5 ★I use this on my college campus @wfu and what makes this app so useful and convenient is that it works with your meal plans and even let's you know when your stuff is available to pick up. Also, theres even an option to get delivery through grubhub and the service fee is VERY tame compared to UberEats and Postmates. 10/10 would recommend.

4 ★As of 17 Oct 2018, new app crashes and won't start on Android. As of 27 Oct 2017, the app is fixed and will operate normally.

1 ★Horrible interface. I'm very disappointed that it doesn't let me change my name. It doesn't update when I type it in. Plus, users are constantly bombarded with irrelevant promotions.

2 ★While the app works just fine for what it's for. I've had no end of problems with service. Deliveries being wrong, or just not coming at all. I just kept saying one more chance but I'm tired of waiting two hours and then not getting my food when I can order from other places and not be charged a $6 carrier fee and get it within the hour. Will not be ordering through Tapingo again.

5 ★Amazing app! It works great on campus, and I can use the campus meal money through the app! Prefect for when I forget my meal card and/or if the line is too long!

5 ★This app is fantastic and saves me so much time at an always busy college campus. Love skipping the lines and just having my food/drink ready when I am!

2 ★App works most of the time, canel order button doesn't always work much to my disappointment. The times for pick up aren't accurate either and have caused me to wait 35 minutes for my food. Or not recieve it at all because the restaurant did not have the food available.
