Description

Take the guesswork out of managing your migraine. In addition to finding out what may trigger your migraine attacks, you will discover what factors may protect you and what is likely not to be associated with your migraine.

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to self-manage migraine within 90 days by spending just five minutes a day tracking days with and without headache.

You will get instant access to your data from the first day you track. You can share your Personal Analytical Report with your healthcare provider so that together you can discuss the best treatment options for you.

*NEW - Now available to all users*

Optional Factors - Make your daily tracking customizable by enabling or disabling factors that may affect migraine from a predefined list. You can also add other personal factors, such as suspected triggers, you’d like to track. Build your own customized tracking list.

Share the report with your healthcare provider, so together you can make changes that may help you reduce or avoid migraine attacks.

*Medication tracking*

* Midas - Shows your MIDAS score based on registration questions about the number of days (work, school, leisure, etc.) you’ve missed due to your migraine.

* Monthly - Here you can find out if your disability score is changing month to month.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I had the premium version, so I'm not exactly sure what the differences are, but I loved it. The recording process was really simple and fast to do, no overly complicated things to do. The color scheme is nice as well, as someone who gets light sensitivity when I'm having a migraine. Definitely would recommend to others who suffer from migraines :)
3 ★When asked to rate certain symptoms/factors from 1 to 10 there us no indicator of whether 1 is low and 10 is high, or vice versa. Had to guess. Also the app froze when it tried to calculate the weather and now i can't continue the daily diary for today.
1 ★Not ready for prime time. If you say you are retired, you are still asked how many days of work or school you missed. If you didn't eat because you had a severe migraine, that info is treated as a trigger rather than a consequence. You are asked how much time you spent outdoors, but none is not an option... and I don't go outdoors most migraine days. I can barely get out of bed! You are asked how many days of work / school you missed in the last three months, then, after you've answered that, you are asked how many days your work was affected (zero, I'm retired), how many days school or work was affected (without missing entirely), etc. Who remembers that kind of detail without a diary? One of the main reasons I installed this app was to have a simple way of tracking this stuff. So, not well thought out. And a biggie for me - you can't sign up for the premium service without agreeing to share all this info with some "provider" you have never heard of - and that's after you have entered sensitive info like all of your meds and any other medical conditions. I'll pass, and hope I don't get a slew of stuff in my email box - and that my name and email address aren't being shared with who knows who. There is no privacy policy stated. I only installed this because it was on the website of the National Headache Foundation. I'm sorry I entered so much info - I should know better.
1 ★Far too much information to add particularly when you're suffering from a very bad headache. It asks if you took medication but not if it helped. It asks if you're "sad", "angry", "irritable", "bored" or "relaxed".I fail to see how most of these are even relevant. Whether or not you have conducted housework... Did you visit a health care professional...well, given that we're in midst of a pandemic and can't get to see one unless you are quite literally dying... This app needs work.
3 ★It's an okay app, i can't find one that separates migraines from ,,regular,, headaches, but what bothes me with this one is that it asks for my medication, yet when i tap to enter it, nothing shows, there is no way to enter it.
5 ★UPDATE: after a few months, still love the app. It was really easy for my neurologist to look up the info for my appointment. 👍👍👍👍 Use this for my neurologist. Very easy.
1 ★This app won't even open up a account after I get all my information it needs. It says error and keeps saying that when I keep trying.. 😠👎 I don't recommend it..
5 ★Very useful app and well designed. The process is very easy.. Definitely would recommend it.
1 ★Can't enter any UK meds I use; app doesn't recognise the names! Have to un-install, since i can't even get it set up...disappointing!!
2 ★Was keeping a good many months then forgot to log. All my data is gone.
3 ★App crashed and I lost my history
1 ★Use Migraine Buddy. This is extremely laborious to fill out just to get started! It wants to know all this "how many days in the last 90" stuff (missed school, slow at school, didn't do housework, etc.) you wouldn't even know unless you were doing some kind of tracking to begin with. Which I was, on Migraine Buddy, and I got all the info about average hours slept, pain scales, etc. from Migraine Buddy. Why would I need to provide all this before I start tracking???Then I start the daily tracking thingy and it's an endless series of questions, hours slept, emotions, on and on and on. In Migraine Buddy I can open up my tracker, click what's happened in the last two hours, save it, go back in later, click a few more things, save it. I don't have to go through an inquisition of endless questions, page after page, one question per page, after the day is over. This app may track your migraines, but it'll give you one even better. I never finished day one, I was so irritated. So, anger scale for today--9.
