1 ★Worst customer experience ever. The app can't seem to log into my account properly, when it does, it can't find my tickets (I CAN see them in the LiveNation/Ticketmaster site). And no customer support available. Logging in takes you out of the app, opens a browser session and tries to authenticate with Ticketmaster then fails to return. It's obvious too much effort was spent on "security" and little to none on proper function. This is apparently how the exorbitant service fees are used.
1 ★After going through security at the venue I tried to open my tickets in the app (which were previously tested and visible) and the My Tickets page was empty. Restarted the app, still nothing there. Was forced to get out of line as I opened the ticket via email from ticketmaster, entering much later than desired for the show. Use your email link, not this app.
1 ★Absolutely useless! I thought it might help tip me off when a band I like (a "favorite") is coming to town. Well it doesn't! Instead, it presents "Top Picks For Martin", an endless, infinitetly depressing parade of acts in which I have absolutely no interest. Following bands on FaceBook works much, much better, because at least then I don't have to swipe through a mind-numbing collection of musical spam spam spam spam spaaaaaaam, horrible spam.
1 ★paid for physical tickets. never came. called and complained so they printed and sent tickets. but they have no barcode and are in a strange format? got email saying its a digital only event and use app to access tickets. 'connectivity issues' on app despite having good connection. saying need to reset app data. reset app data nothing happens. waited for a month for app to be fixed. still isnt. time for a refund. very unhappy with the ticketmaster/live nation monopoly. no support at all.
1 ★Tried to transfer a ticket and tried 2 separate 2-step verification processes (both 3 times), and was told that it simply didn't work. Not impressed or surprised, I'll do what I can to avoid this ticketing situation in the future. Very disappointing.
1 ★This is what a monopoly gives: an extremely disfunctional app that bugs everywhere. I couldn't transfer my tickets, it would throw an error saying to try again. 0/5 DOJ please break them up.
1 ★App keeps changing my location so I get recommendations for concerts in states I don't live in. I also keep missing out on presale tickets because the app doesn't let me buy them even with the code.
1 ★Gauges you with "service charges" even though the service is awful. App and website just sends you in circles to log in over and over again. Now the ticket I bought for $90 is going for closer to $50, so where is my refund?
1 ★Great...when it works. Keeps freezing up and doing the endless spinning "wheel of derp" when I try to buy tickets. Also freezes up when I try to buy a single ticket. I gave up and used a PC browser (Live Nation website) for the next show I'm going to. Website works, app does not.

It is very frustrating as the web site says to use the app. And the app keeps going back to website which says download the app. What was took me some time to figure out was it would only work on my phone with chrome web browser. I will not work with Bing. It needs to have chrome
