I order first time from this site when ever try to contact on given number upgrading telephone system message running their upgrading system work never finished. E mailing no response and top of that deducted amount from my account for annual subscription charges which I never wanted. And my first order not complete yet

Cancelled items will be charged and nobody even seem to understand a screenshot from the Bank and a voucher or a refund is denied by the "customer service" Do not use this online store. I requested for exchange which Desert Cart accepted without any trouble and I received another pair within fews days. The only thing which they should focus on is the price of items here. Things are too expensive compared to other market place.
