Pengguna sasaran adalah Pegawai Tapak, Jurutera Daerah, Pegawai Penguasa, Penolong Jurutera, Head of Project Team (HOPT), Head of Design Team (HODT), Project Office (PO) serta Pengurusan Atasan JKR.
