Programme school teachers can add the socio-economic, cultural profile and unique identification of the beneficiary students. This will have to be done on annual basis to maintain a database of the beneficiaries. The app also provides facility to upload individual passport size photo of the beneficiary with a ‘Giftmilk’ pack.To achieve transparency in the distribution system, the application provides an option to report ‘Giftmilk’ receipt, consumption, leakage etc on daily basis by the schools. The teacher will have to report the no. of packs received and its manufacturing date against the no. of packs released by the supplier.
The app also provides functionality to document no. of units consumed by the boys and girls along with any leakages.
The schools will get an access to receipt and consumption reports in time series for their own reference.
