الطريقة :
نخلط الحليب و البيض ونضعه جانبا
نخلط الدقيق و البهارات الإيطالية و مغلف الشوربة المجفف
نغمس الدجاج في الحليب ثم خليط الدقيق ونضعه في الثلاجة لمدة نصف ساعة او ساعة
ثم يقلي لمدة من 25 – 30 دقيقة مع التقليب عدة مرات ثم يجفف من الزيت و يقدم

فلفل حلو منوع احمر اصفر اخضر مقطع صغير
ملعقة طعام زيت زيتون
بصلة صغيرة مقطعة
فص ثوم مهروس
طماطم صغيرة مقطعة
2 ملعقة طعام زيتون اسود بدون بذر
ملعقة طعام خل
نصف ملعقة صغيرة اوريجانو مجفف
ثمن ملعقة صغيرة فلفل
ربع ملعقة صغيرة تشيلي فلفل احمر حار بودرة
ملح للطعم
1 فلفل حار مقطع ومهروس
خبز التورتيلاا
كوب جبن موزاريلاا أو شيدر مبشورة
ساور كريم للتزيين
الطريقة :
نسخن الزيت في مقلاة واسع و نحمر شرائح الدجاج مع البصل و الثوم الى ان تقارب على النضج ثم نضيف الخضراوات والبهارات ونقلب الى أن تنضج
نحضر خبز التورتيلاا ونفرش قليل من الجبنة وعليها الخليط ثم نضع جبنة مرة أخرى فوق الخليط ونحمص الخبز قليلا في الفرن الى أن تذوب الجبنة ثم نخرج الخبز و يقطع شرائح مثل البيتزا و يقدم مع طبق صغير به ساور كريم..
