Download T-Mobile Scam Shield APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★Nah... this is not working at all. I get 1 - phone calls with real names that say "verified", yet they have been phished... and I am not talking about one or two...I get a lot of them. 2 - I also get countless text messages, individual and group lists, that have also been phished. 3 - My own number has been phished... I get people replying to text messages and voice calls I never made. 4 - I contacted TMobile about this several times with no results. I even get scam calls using "Tmobile" as name
2 ★The app has blocked most unwanted calls however it does not appear to make use of its access to your contacts. The app will block calls even if they exist in your phones contact list. Yes, you can mark a number as a favorite in the app but this should only be needed for a caller that is not already in your contacts. Additionally though I have checked all needed settings pertaining to notifications, the app does not give any notification when it blocks calls.
1 ★I am trying to set the app up and its telling me that authentication failed. As far as I can tell I have everything set right. The authentication screen should be more specific on why it is failing. Very frustrating.
1 ★I've had this phone and App activated since just before Christmas. The App has only identified 4 calls total and that was December 23, 2020. The identified were the ones in my contact list. I am a Sprint customer and Call Screener IS a better app. It actually works. I've received over 30 calls today and not 1 call is on this App. They are only listed in my call log. The unknown numbers haven't been identified. What does this App do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Can I have my Sprint Call Screener back?
1 ★This is the 2nd i of two reviews as per the message I got via emailfrom T-Mobile that you have to do a survey I am getting them constantly everyday. I keep putting stop on all these texts I'm getting but it doesn't seem to stop other texts for surveys to get free whatever coming through. This has started to happen when I got my new T-Mobile phone. It was not happening when I had my Sprint phones.
1 ★It will block numbers, even T-Mobile customer numbers. It doesn't access your phone contacts, so it doesn't white list numbers that are already in your contacts. Horrible, horrible app.
1 ★I'm very upset with T-Mobile in this app. Not only if I had issues with getting and sending a phone call or text message since I upgraded to the paid version within the last couple of weeks to not being able to get updates from my pharmacy or tracking information to my text message. And don't send me an automated response back please that's just pure laziness. Oh and when I called T-Mobile about this issue at first it was not a very good conversation and the problems still not fixed
4 ★Kudos to T-Mobile for actually doing something about spam calls. However, I'm deducting a star because the app resets itself every few days and I've been experiencing this problem for months now. While it will continue to block calls, i won't get notifications or anything until I setup the app again.
1 ★This app caused me to miss multiple important calls. I triple checked the settings, had a representative check, and had no notification of the calls I missed or reason why they were missed. Uninstalled, but it keeps coming back. Not happy with this malware (if I uninstall, but it keeps coming back, it's malware)
2 ★This app possibly has potential, but so far it is mostly a miss. I'm paying for it every month but I'm not even sure what it is I'm paying for. I receive many calls from out of state numbers as my job kinda requires it. Those calls more often than not end up blocked. And almost on a daily basis I get at least one spam call (Marriott hotel junk) that somehow makes it through, I'm sure just because it shows a fake name on caller ID. The interface also leaves plenty to be desired.
1 ★This app is a joke. It does not work as it should, about 90% of the time. I get, on average, about 20 spam calls a day that get past this junk app. Then, my contacts are CONSTANTLY BLOCKED!! REPEATEDLY! EVERY DAY! Oh, T-Mobile, please do not respond with "I can set those numbers to favorites to prevent this". I have a favorites list in my contacts FOR A REASON! I should not need to set all 238 #'s in my phone to "favorites" in order to bypass your TERRIBLE DESIGN FLAWS!! Complete waste!!!
1 ★Doesn't work. I've had it active for several months now and I'm constantly reporting numbers. Each day I get scam calls and robo calls for car warranties. And yet, the app has blocked ZERO calls. It actually tells me that. TMo...this is the worst app/service you have. Utterly useless. What good is a scam blocker that doesn't block anything???
