Description
SCORES ECHO : Scoring échographique dans la polyarthrite rhumatoïdeL’objectif de cette application pour smartphones et tablettes est d’être une aide à la cotation des scores échographiques de suivi de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde (PR). Elle est exclusivement destinée aux médecins, particulièrement ceux formés à l’échographie musculo-squelettique pour leur pratique quotidienne mais aussi pour des protocoles de recherche avec suivi échographique.
L’application reprend les trois scores échographiques les mieux validés pour la PR dans la littérature en termes de propriétés psychométriques :
- le score DAS28-échographique sur 28 articulations
- le score de Naredo sur 12 articulations
- et le score de Backhaus sur 7 articulations
Un menu initial permet de choisir parmi l’un des trois scores, puis un rappel graphique du score est présenté (localisation des articulations) avant de débuter la cotation semi-quantitative par articulation. Afin de faciliter l’utilisation de cette application, des pop-up ont été insérés au fil des étapes de remplissage, qui proposent :
- le rappel des cotations échographiques selon l’OMERACT (Outcome Measures in Rheumatology) sous la forme d’un Grading Mode B et un Grading Doppler Puissance ;
- le rappel des positions de référence de la sonde pour chaque articulation ainsi que l’image échographique de référence (ICONE) ;
- un atlas d’images pathologiques échographiques par articulation, cotées par des experts est en permanence disponible comme aide à la cotation.
Une fois le score renseigné, un tableau récapitulatif apparaît qui peut être exporté en pièce jointe par mail (format Excel et/ou PDF et /ou Word) avec les références de l’examen.
Aucune donnée relative à l’identification du patient n’est stockée dans l’application ni sur un serveur à distance.
