Cette application vous accompagne dans les différentes étapes de la prise en charge de votre patient. Divisée en six rubriques très complète, elle propose des outils indispensables : scores interactifs, fiches pratiques, tableaux récapitulatifs, recommandations mises à jour, photos et critères diagnostic par pathologie.Cette application médicale est à destination des professionnels de santé prenant en charge les maladies ostéo-articulaires ainsi que les maladies systémiques.
L’objectif de cette application est d’aider le professionnel de santé dans sa pratique quotidienne.
Plusieurs groupes d’outils sont à disposition :
- Critères diagnostiques et de classifications des principaux rhumatismes inflammatoires, maladies systémiques, des pathologies microcristallines mais aussi des pathologies mécaniques.
- Bilans Préthérapeutiques des antirhumatismaux biologiques et synthétiques ainsi que les biphosphonates.
- Posologies des principales thérapeutiques (DMARDs, AINS, corticoïdes, antiostéoporotiques etc…) en rhumatologie en fonction des différentes pathologies.
- Ordonnances de surveillance de traitements antirhumatismaux biologiques et synthétiques.
- Les différents Scores d’activité des rhumatismes inflammatoires chroniques et des maladies systémiques ainsi que le score de FRAX et autres calculs de la calcémie corrigée, IMC ou surface corporelle.
- Infiltrations : modalités de réalisation de gestes infiltratifs avec repères, technique et gestions des anticoagulants/antiagrégants.
