1 ★I was asked to download the app as part of my reporting for participation in CV research trials. I downloaded it on both my Android phone and Apple iPad and the result was identical. No forms of any kind whatsoever available to complete. Nothing works on the app except to log in and then zero. Absolutely useless. Have reported this to my hospital and awaiting further advice.
3 ★My app stopped sending notifications about 3 months ago. I have reported this but it's still not sorted. As a result I've ended up setting a reminder in another app to check for questionnaires each week.
4 ★Had some issues in 2021 with the PIN while being on VPN but that seems resolved now. Works basically fine although sometimes it gives a push notification that I have a questionnaire due when I don't. I rely on my own reminders.
1 ★Like most others below I'm taking part in the Novavax Covid-19 vaccine trial and was told to log and track my health on this app as part of it. Unfortunately that's easier said than don't as it doesn't work with my Huawei P30 lite. Stuck on the login page whenever I try to login in - tried to reset my password but no still the same thing. Tried it again on my follow up visit and showed it to the trial doctor who said my phone likely had "too many apps" but after reading the reviews it's clearly just a badly produced app. The shame is that that the app is the only way to log things on the study (there's no browser option??). Going to have to ask a friend to borrow their phone. A real shame and this will compromise the quality of the data for the study - thank god that there are other vaccines other than the Novavax one and we're not reliant solely on the quality of the trial data for the future of humanity but pretty bad form for a company as big as Novavax to have such a poor system to track volunteer updates.
5 ★I did a clinical test. I was given this card along with instruction to check in everyday click on a report. It takes all of maybe 30 seconds and you get paid every month. The only problems I have had with this research group was of my own doing. Either for get to check in once a day, or change my phone number without telling them about the change. I hope to be able to sign up for another research soon.
2 ★The symptom checklist disappeared on the day I was supposed to report. If I click on the additional symptoms, there is no way to cancel the action, and if I don't complete it, the app will keep sending pop up notifications.
5 ★Extremely easy to use and the reminders are nice. Only thing I would like in addition would be if the reminders would stay on my notification bar just in case I didn't hear the sound.
4 ★Work fine for a while then stopped. Called provider they did not seem to care. Low and behold, my phone said something about Extended Power usage which I turned off. Boom notifications started coming again.
1 ★The programmers apparently incorrectly think 12am is noon and 12pm is midnight, so the notifications and timing are screwed up. You start getting notifications to fill out your survey at 6:00 pm the night before the day you are supposed to fill it out, and if you wait until after noon the next day, you are filling it out for the day after. It's going to make for some confusing diary entries.
1 ★Not great! They can't manage to give consistent notifications. Non-responsive. Someone's nephew probably, or a kickback deal for those that opt to use it for data collection. 0 stars.
3 ★I am part of a COVID vaccine trial. I am not getting notifications of when a new form is needed to be completed. I have missed deadlines to complete forms as a result. I have to remember to access the app daily to check if there any to complete which is a nuisance.
5 ★Support and sync is nearly automatic. It is a great app! Thank you developers for making ONE app that works! BTW, not interrupted by commercials. Love it!
