Kamal kicked off the second season of the show by introducing the first contestant Yaashika Aanand. Second, came in Actor Ponnambalam, a popular villain in the 90s. The third contestant in the house was Mahat Raghavendra who has worked in films like Jilla with actor Vijay. Fourth, came in Daniel Annie Pope.
Video jockey Vaishnavi was the next contestant followed by actor Janani Iyer who has worked in films such as Thegidi. Vijay TV’s singing reality shows, voice expert, Ananth Vaidyanathan was the seventh to join the party. Singer Ramya NSK, who happens to be the granddaughter of comedian NS Krishna, entered the house next.
Actor Sendrayan is introduced as contestant number 9. 10th came in Actor Riythvika. Kushi movie fame Actress Mumtaz, who rose to fame with her performance in, was introduced as the next contestant. Kamal then introduced comedian Balaji as the next contestant. Mamathi Chari, a popular video jockey was next.
Nithya, comedian Balaji’s wife, also entered the Bigg Boss 2 Tamil house. Actors Uma Riaz and Riaz Khan’s son anchor Sharik Hassan also entered the Bigg Boss 2 Tamil house. The sixteenth contestant of the Bigg Boss house was Aishwarya Dutta
