2 ★This app makes it pointless buying Ctronic cameras. very basic and hit and miss whether the various settings will work. Its connection is unstable and slow to start recording when movement detected so you miss most of what you'd hope to record.Set it up recently to record to FTP server but records video in a format unrecognised by video player apps/Windows/Android. The app itself isn't set up to access the ftp server for viewing purpose so can't even watch ftp files in the Ctronic app.!?!
3 ★the app itself does a good job. sometimes it will glitch but still gets the job done. but can we please get the option back to record all day and have the sd alarm record feature back AND not separate. that was one of the best features with these cameras.
1 ★worked ok the first week and now is pretty useless. have reset sd card, rebooted and reset cameras many times and might work briefly but on the whole can rarely open recordings, sometimes doesn't record for about 6 or more hrs then suddenly might record again, recordings randomly disappear even tho lots of room on sd card. shame as cameras give good pictures but due to the app not working properly most of the time it means they are pretty useless these days
2 ★Not very user friendly. It won't record 24/7 missing times I.e last record 7.30am then misses about 30 mins. All I want is a app that let's you record 24/7 on a loop on the sd card. No missing files. Can you please sort it out the time is all over. Can't check any one time.
1 ★Was ok at first but after a few months started refusing to connect with camera even though I am at home on wifi. Also when viewing recordings you have very little control ie: rewind fast forward. Getting rid of it, had enough!
2 ★only installed camera 24 hours ago and was working fine. now cannot connect to camera from the app, cannot do anything and am away for a few days. can't reset camera, so it is stuck, just a useless lump of metal!!

2 ★I do not like this app because of very slow response and illogical swipe system then controlling PTZ camera. Also interface for position preset is awkward. It would be nice to have simple arrows - button system.
1 ★I can't even download the app on my new cell. Even with the old one,i had to unplug the camera to reset it few times a week. Don't waste your money on this. It isn't reliable.

5 ★This app is awesome. Works great with the dome tracking camera. Every clip is 15 seconds. Although, I wish the clips that you download you could long hold select and compile them together to create a full event clip.
