You can control your Samsung Smart Air Conditioner with this application. You never have to worry that you accidently left the air conditioner on, since you can easily turn it off from outside the house with your smart device. Furthermore, you can turn it on before you arrive so you always enter a cool house.
It can be used only on models that have been applied WIFI in Room Air Conditioner model.
The app may not operate normally according to the type of mobile device and the operating system version, and the indoor control function may not operate from the Android 10 version or later.

1 ★There is no worst thing than using a Samsung account. Everytime need to input password and recaptcha!!!!!???? What is wrong with you guys? If I can just throw away that stupid "smart" air conditioner. My mistake to buy a samsung product. Try to learn from Google or Apple and make something to just work!

3 ★Messy software, every now and then but fortunately not often all four ACs at the same time lose their connection to the smartphone and it takes 7 or 8 tries for each to reconnect, very frustrating. Connection loss despite using the same smartphone and OS (Samsung Galaxy S8 and Android 9) and same router with same settings. Better avoid Samsung ACs if WiFi connection is important for you until they perfect their software. Otherwise the ACs themselves are very good.

4 ★Now it is more or less usable after the capture was removed while logging in. But still sometimes got message "import failed".

1 ★It used to work with both air cons in my bedrooms. Now I changed the router from Sky and does not connect to the air cons at all in AP mode. Hero to zero. Developers, please sort it out. I'm using the Samsung Note 9 and Apple iPhone 8 plus and same issue.

1 ★It's hopeless to connect with the AC. I was connected to the AC a few months ago and had to set up the connection again, but it just blinks AP, nothing found on the app. The AC AP is visible in the WiFi list but not in this app.

1 ★Constantly stops working. Have to be on the phone with samsung every 2 months... gets escalated to "Air Con Specialists" and then they reset something and it starts working again. Always fails when you need it the most (I.e. summer). Don't go Samsung.
