With Dacor iQ Kitchen, you can monitor and control Dacor smart appliances on the go and enjoy useful services including status check, device control, and customer support.

Dacor iQ Kitchen supports Android OS 4.0 and above and is best optimized for Samsung Galaxy S and Note series. Some features may not be supported in other smart devices.

The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.

1 ★Worthless, couldn't get it past an initial screen before it consistently crashed. I saw in iTunes store this has a perfect 1.0 rating, not sure how it has so many 5.0 (fake) ratings

1 ★What is the point of this app? It allows me to monitor my cooktop on my phone. It would make more sense to just look at the cooktop. It does not control the cooktop so I have no clue why anyone would install this app. So maybe if I am at a gas station I will be able to see if someone is cooking my food back home. Makes no sense.

1 ★This app needs work, badly designed and doesn't let me connect to fridge or cooktop. For expensive appliances I would have expected a well designed app that works. This app does not work at all and asks too many permissions! WHY do you need permission to make phone calls?!, All my contacts and the permission for my GPS location? The app is badly translated, so the best thing you can do is uninstall this app now before it steals all your information and sends it to whoever is behind this app!

2 ★Using a Google Pixel 2 (9 - Pie & 8.1.0 - Oreo) and yet it cannot add the access point to my refrigerator. Thankfully I have a few devices to use so maybe... one of them will work. So much for Oreo compatibility. Please do a fully sanity test. Make sure your QA team is testing making a new account, existing account, accessing existing devices, adding new devices etc. It's stuff like this that we have to do EVERY time my work wants to release a native app. You never assume that just because something was working it will still be working even if nobody has touched that part of the code base.

1 ★This app needs a lot of work to live up to the quality level of the appliances it is supposed to work with. Where to begin with the list of problems? The entire app runs extremely slowly, on modern smartphones that have no such problem with other apps. Every time you try to communicate with an appliance there is a long pause, and the app may or may not crash. We have an entire suite of Dacor modernist appliances. The range works best with this app, as I am able to turn the ovens on or off and adjust temperature and time (except when the app crashes when trying to perform one of these tasks, which is hit and miss). The range hood and lite can also be controlled, which also works intermittently. The refrigerator and freezer do not work fully/properly as intended by the app. The temperature controls do not sync with the fridge or freezer, and are effectively useless. The freezer disconnects entirely often, needing to be re-added. Speaking of which, re-adding the devices takes way longer than it should, on a modern, well-functioning WIFI network with a neaby node and high signal strength. The IQ control for the dishwasher does not work at all, won't stay on for more than 2sec.
