1 ★Like many others, I purchased this app and it now says "you do not have paid version". Really? I never read anything that my PURCHASE will expire. And I have tried 'restore purchase'. RE: Dear Team, All you have to do is simply read above. I have tried 'restore purchase' it does nothing for me or anyone! Quit being dismissive and fix your scamming app.!
5 ★Great customer service. The app had an update which I was unhappy with as it did not show both mine and my partners shifts, something I need to be able to see in order to plan childcare, appointments etc. I contacted customer services and this was resolved in a day or two. Their communication with myself was fantastic.
1 ★Beware!!!!. I'm sooooo mad. The Latest version erased all of my data when I tried to back it up to internal storage... How ironic, that trying to be safe was what messed me up. I guess the free option to back up your data is free for a reason. I only hope the paid cloud method of backing up works better than this. I do not recommend this new version. You'll need to pay for the cloud back up to store your data then upgrade to this new version or you'll run the risk of losing everything.
5 ★I have used this App for years and had no issues! It is very handy and always useful to remind of things I have planned. I updated the App recently and following the update the App kept crashing. One quick email to the developer (who replied straight away) and the matter resolved the following day. Good App, Great service. Thanks Nick
1 ★Not overly user friendly. I put up with it for a few years since it was one of the apps that's customizable and has rotation manager, it was nice having mine and my husbands rotations in 1. Since upgrading my device I lost all my info. Ok fair enough, so I set it all up again (pain in the you know what to organize 2 peoples 4 week rotations and get it all set up in the rotation manager) got it all set up and was working great. Until today when I logged on and ALL my info is gone. Had enough.
5 ★The perfect app for shift workers !! I have been using this app since 2 years now and it has been a life saver with regarding to organizing my shifts, allowing me to share my rota with others and incorporating 2 rotas into simultaneously (mine and my partner's). The app allows you to create as many as 10+ shift types with different icons and colours and applying rolling shift patterns to whatever period of time you wish with a few clicks. The IT support has been fab in fixing glitches too!
5 ★Love it! So easy to keep track of rostered shifts. Also great for forward planning days off and special events that you don't want to work.
4 ★This is the best shift calendar on android. Only problem is that recently, I have to keep signing in every time I open the app!
1 ★I've been using this app for years for my shifts and everyday life and have loved it. However, suddenly this last week it stopped working and I had to reinstall it. Despite having made an account, none of my shifts/appointments were saved. I loved this app, but now I'm left feeling very frustrated.
4 ★I quite like this app with the exception of the note detail. Whenever I go to leave a note on a date for a reminder that I have an appointment that day after numerous attempts I have to save a particular appointment multiple times as a icon or end up not leaving a reminder. Difficult to understand what I mean unless you use it.
4 ★Great app, once paid can make as many different shift icons as needed. Can make notes for day to look back on and easy to use once set up great for shift workers. I don't work a set roster so it is extremely helpful. I can also send via text or email my shifts to others so partner or family needing to look after kids can see when they will be required. Would like to be able to send through to google calendar for more ease of fitting into a daily schedule. Good response when have an issue
5 ★I recently had issues with this App, it wouldn't let me use the full potential and kept prompting me to purchase it, knowing I all ready did why do I purchase again? So I contacted the developer and ALL ISSUES WERE RESOLVED. Just wanted to thank them for the fast response and dealing with my issue... LOVE THE APP!!! THANK YOU!
