Download Sena Utility APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

1 ★This app doesn't do much. It would be nice if you could update firmware with it. The only thing worse is the Sena PC utility app which doesn't work on a Mac despite them saying it does (updated March 2021)
1 ★This app is almost useless. You have to let it access your location, you photos and everything else on your phone, if not it just hangs. The only thing it let you do is switching on/off some settings. It does not even show battery level, you can not upload new firmware to the headset with it. Next time I probably buy something else than Sena....
2 ★Takes many attempts to get this app to connect with my 10C Pro. It pairs fine under normal usage but to make changes with this app is torture. It rarely connects straight away and I have to just keep trying until it does, including rebooting the smartphone. The whole system is only any good for daily commuting because with the camera on, a return trip from the office depletes the battery completely. It is definitely not a long distance video logging device. It's OK as a dashcam set to loop mode.
1 ★This app is useless. My phone is connected to the sena device, playing music, but when i go in the app it gives me a message "Bluetooth connection lost" although it is still connected and Playing music. I unpaired the device, uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, installed the app and paired the device again, through the app. Same error. I am a very technical person with plenty of IT experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP. Other than this, I'm enjoying my Sena10S :) Ride safe
1 ★using it on a 20s evo. i fell for the looks of the unit and i regret it. not a single day when i havent had an issue. app disconnects the unit abruptly. the app resets the unit's volume setting of the ringer and conversation to highest on every phone call. please donot waste your money of sena, instead invest it in scala. some of you might not find it attractive to look at but it isnt ugly either. the plus point is that it serves its purpose by doing exactly what its supposed to do.
1 ★I have my Sena 10r connected to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) through Bluetooth. Phone calls and music work great. The app says it is not connected so I cannot control the settings. I've sent emails for help and have got no response. I'd like to say the device works great but without the use of the device settings in the app, it's very frustrating. It would be nice if I could get some help from the manufacturer.
1 ★latest app update killed app. It just shows "Sena Utility" splash page and a "busy circle" spinning endlessly. App always hangs there forever even if Sena 20S evo is connected to phone or not. The "Fix" per Sena is to allow app access to location, AND photos AND video. The app won't load unless you give it those permissions. Sena, You don't need my location. You don't need my photos/videos. Sena, you just lost a customer.
1 ★App crashes when entering speed dial contacts. Now I can't add any speed dial numbers in case I need to make a quick call from my helmet. Bought the SRL system for my Shoei helmet and I find I can only enjoy about half of its features due to the app not letting me set things up. Other than this issue, I have found the Sena equipment to work well. I have now configured the SRL system to bring up google assistant so I can at least voice dial. So there is a workaround at least.
1 ★App does not work if you refuse them to give out permission to share your location and videos and photos. Why are they so interested in my location and photos? Makes me wonder if they only make apps to have access to your private stuff.
4 ★Installed and works great! Bought the Sena 10S last month and just downloaded the Sena Utility App on my Samsung S6. The utility makes adding speed dial numbers, music from the phone, and especially preset radio stations a breeze. pairing with Bluetooth went well. Be aware that if you look at different phone settings the unit will pause all functions until you are finished. Obviously, this won't be a problem while riding. I have not used the intercom function so I can't comment on that.
1 ★This app is utter garbage. What's the point of even creating an app if it never works? I've tried connecting with 2 different Android phones, as well as an iPhone. The iPhone told me to update the Sena firmware. Did it. Still nothing. Then it told me to disable the Ride Connect app. I don't even have that installed. Please fix this app. It would be very useful, if it worked.
2 ★App is installed on Motorola G6 . Only thing of use is the option to access online product manuals . Keeps saying connect your device to your Sena headset via bluetooth but Garmin zumo 595lm Sena smh10s headset and Motorola G6 are already connected and working fine . But as mentioned every time the app is opened same message telling me to connect equipment . I will try resetting everything but it's not looking good for this App . if there is a change I'll update my review 🤔
