Please note that if you already have a SANRAL account you don't have to register again to use this App, simply use your existing credentials to log in (the same details you would use for the SANRAL website).
Should you not remember your password, you can reset it from the App main screen using the Password Recovery feature. In case you don't remember your ClientId, Username, or registered Email, please contact the Call Centre: 0800 726 725
Before using the new feature to report Potholes offline, make sure you have logged in successfully to the App at least once. This is for the App to remember your details and capture the Potholes locally on your device associated with your profile.
Once your device is connected again (to any network, mobile, or Wi-Fi), the App will automatically upload in the background the Potholes that were captured while online. Allow a few minutes for the new Potholes to be displayed on the "My Reports" menu.

5 ★Struggled at first to register on the app but after calling the call centre, she explained what to do and send me an email with my username and within minutes I was logged in. Great app. You can see real life time what your balance is and straight after driving through the toll gate. You can pay money into your account via the app. At any time you czn download your statements with the dates that you choose and share/send to your email. You can see your average monthly usage. Very user friendly
5 ★Simple, uncluttered design. Everything you want to know on the opening page. Easy to top up the account on the fly. Much as I dislike tolls, the seamless functionality of this app makes them almost bearable. 10 out of 10 for app design.
1 ★Cant download app. Now day two and still downloading😟. From what i see in other reviews, not a stable app at all with many issues. Dont waste time and data to download. Service is also poor. No solutions provided and internet gives similar results. Managed to download the app. Now my vehicle is registered to another account🤬🤬
5 ★I am very impressed with this app - it's user-friendly and allows one to see the necessary information such as balances, your profile etc. and to do transactions that were so difficult on the website. I am looking forward to test the cardless parking facility.
5 ★This application does not work if you have an existing account already registered with Sanral. The application cannot link your existing details. Problem now resolved, thank you! I accessed my existing account details by logging on using my account ID (seven digit numeric account number) and requesting a new password (clicking "forgot password"))
4 ★Nice app but lately I am asked to activate screen lock. The app hangs right there. Btw screen lock is activated. I did not have this issue before. I deleted and re-installed the issue remains. Thanks updated fixed issue.
4 ★Good app but why do you have to wait 4 hours before you can actually use the credits that are reflected in your account after topping up using the app. Think cell phone companies! Pay now use immediately, not pay now, see the credits in the app but wait 4 hours before you can use it?
5 ★Finally Thank you SANRAL, this app is great, I topped up using my Visa Card, no problems, I can now top up quick and easy anywhere, WELL DONE!!!! 4 Sept 2019 Not so happy with latest update, I don't use screen lock because I travel far and I don't want emergency personnel to struggle with my phone.
1 ★Suspect. Why would an app to pay an account need permissions for video, photos, messaging and to make calls? In response to your comment. I declined the permissions and could not log in because of that. If I want to phone or email you, I would phone or email you. There is no need for you to access my phone and contacts for that. This app keeps getting worse. Now it won't even accept my stored biometric, saying that it is the wrong
1 ★I am rather upset as you have an app but in the process it tells me invalid password. No matter how many different character and letters you us. Yes I read the spec on the password but still not working.
5 ★I have registered last week but i keep getting an error message when trying to login on the app (network error Response code:403 response message.
1 ★I can't even register when i enter my car registration, it's telling me it's not from that province. When i try to going back and start all over it won't allow it's telling me username and password don't match.
