3 ★This games OK. The constant need to make purchases however is annoying. I wish it was easier to grow ships and crew space should be easier to accommodate.
3 ★Since the latest update, the game takes minutes to load or has to be launched a couple times before it launches. Game is fun if you can get into it. Not sure the purchase/merger was a great idea. New company info shows up on splash screen and game stops launching.
1 ★4/14/21 forced upgrade: game hangs during load on "Communicating with Starfleet" ::slow clap:: great job. Update: Don't tell me to go elsewhere to report my problem; uf you can see my review, you kniw what my problem is, and therefore you can tell the appropriate part of the company yourselves.

3 ★Great app.collect every trek character from every series n every posible version of that character.drop rates are ok.the new 'crew retrieval' system is an excellent xtra way to aquire crew if u happn to be unlucky with waitin for normal drops.edit:removed 2 stars due to a recent change which happnd quietly n forces us to spend more.voyage recovery supplys seem to have vanishd,meaning that we can now only spend costly resources.most ppl havnt noticd yet the supplys we win in events arnt the same

1 ★Was a decent game, but a recent update added a shiny gold "Buy Now" button due to an unintended bug on their part. If you pushed the button more than once, you got banned for 3 days. Terrible response from the developer, then no response at all afterwards. I no long feel safe spending any money on the game since I can't trust them not to take it and run, leaving me banned.
4 ★Great game that isn't pay-to-win heavy as other games. Endless additions to keep you entertained. However, forced limited space for essentially a collecting game is rough.
5 ★Great game. It gets a little glitchy from time to time but the admins are pretty quick to fix any problems and usually compensate players with in game perks.
1 ★I've played STT for years, but after a new company took over, the game has gone downhill. This week, they launched a new feature that no one asked for instead of fixing multiple problems we've begged them to address for years. Worse yet, today their new feature had a coding glitch that allowed a 1-time offer to be claimed multiple times. Players clicked the button repeatedly and received a 3-day ban as a result. Banning customers for a developers mistake? Disgusting. Don't download this game.
